My YNAB bank account is not listed

Once you have connected your bank, you must link each bank account to a YNAB bank account. We cannot create accounts automatically for you in YNAB due to limitations in their API, so you must create them yourself.

If you get to this page, and you cannot find your bank account in YNAB, please follow these instructions:

  • Head over to your budget in YNAB
  • Click "Add Account" 
  • Select "Unlisted"
  • And finally, add your account

Once this is done, come back to Sync for YNAB and refresh the page.

The results from YNAB are cached for around 5 minutes, so it may not update on our end right away. Please try refreshing the page again in a few minutes.
